I have received the app but not my verification mail.

This can be because there is a firewall that is blocking the mail, causing it to not be delivered to you. Check your junk mail, otherwise let us know and we will solve it manually.

The app is stuck loading or locks itself.

This can be caused by weak internet connection. Try these possibilities:

  • Shut down any open tabs in your mobile.
  • Turn of your mobile.
  • Delete the app and download it again.
  • If none of these suggestions work, then turn to: Google support.

Programming of Androids is more complicated than Iphones as there are several different models. Due to this, there may be a bug we have missed. It is important that you have the latest program version. If none of the tips above helped, we kindly ask you to send us a crash report. Email us telling us with model you have, which program version and at which time the app crashed or got locked.

Why don’t I get any notifications?

Answer: Sometimes you need to activate the notifications in your mobile settings. If you haven’t used the app for two days, you need to activate it again by doing a Welli. You can do a Welli whenever you want, just go on the app and press the start button or choose one you would like to complete.

If you have an Android, then the notifications don’t always work as planned. The notifications don’t get sent when the phone is in sleep mode and can therefore arrive several at once when you resume using your mobile. In order to activate the notifications when the screen is inactive, go into settings and turn off battery optimization for the app Wellify.

I am going to a meeting and do not want to be disturbed, how do I do that?

You go into settings and drag the slider for notifications, inactivating it. When you want to resume notifications, drag the slider back up to the amount of notifications you wish to receive.

I want to get other Wellies, I am getting bored of the ones I am getting now, how do I change exercises?

Wellify is built using an algorithm and it follows what you have set in settings. Try to change your settings. Try a program, eg. “Your Favorites”, and you can choose which exercises you would like to carry out, “Better Posture”, or go through the app and choose an exercise you would like to try.

Can I do a Weli without waiting for a notification?

I don’t get any sound on the video?

Wellify’s app is silenced if your mobile is on silence mode.

I want to cancel my subscription on AppStore or Google Play, how do I do that?

If you have bought a subscription through AppStore or Google Play then it is their policies that dictate when you can cancel your subscriptions. You do as you would when cancelling other apps and log onto your account at AppStore r Google Play and cancel it through there.
